The Modular Protective System (MPS) Guard Tower is designed for forward operating bases and expeditionary camps, providing rapid, reliable protection against small arms, indirect fire, and blast threats. The entire system is stored in a single Quadcon, which doubles as the tower’s base.
The MPS Guard Tower incorporates a layered armor system that can be tailored to the mission, with fiberglass panels designed to stop and slow incoming rounds. It also includes adaptable weapon mounts and space for two machine gun positions inside the armored walls. A reinforced roof supports overhead armor or additional protection such as sandbags.
Setup is simple: a five-person team can construct or disassemble and repack the tower in about one hour, without special tools or heavy equipment. The armor panels slide into place from within the tower for safe assembly, and a built-in bench secures the armor layers while also providing a working surface. Optional camouflage screening kits conceal the tower’s position, enhancing survivability in the field.
