Modular, lightweight vehicle barrier system deployable by two people for rapid access control.
MPS WALL
Modular Protective System (MPS) Wall designed for rapid deployment in high-risk environments.
MPS Wall
The Modular Protective System (MPS) Wall is a rapidly deployable, perimeter defense barrier developed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to meet the urgent demands of forward-operating environments. Designed for tool-free assembly on any terrain, each wall kit includes patented interlocking frames, armor panels, leveling pads, and walk boards—no earth-filling or heavy machinery required.
Edwards Design and Fabrication, Inc., is the licensed manufacturer for MPS, and we are licensed to sell MPS to government and commercial customers. We have been associated with MPS from its beginning by fabricating all test, demonstration, and deployed MPS hardware. We also have contributed to the design and many manufacturing innovations during the development.Â

Four Primary Benefits of MPS Wall
Whether forming straight runs, corners, or buttressed sections, the MPS Wall adapts to your mission with scalable height options up to 12 feet. Designed, built, and tested at our Meridianville, Alabama facility, it delivers unmatched strength, mobility, and reusability in the field.
Rapid, No-Tool
Deployment
Designed for fast setup in forward operating environments with minimal manpower, tools, or heavy equipment.
Scalable &
Reconfigurable
Modular frames allow straight runs, corners, and buttressed sections to be built, expanded, or reconfigured as mission needs change.
Built to Move,
Made to Last
Assemble, disassemble, and relocate with ease—each wall is rugged, reusable, and engineered for durability in any terrain.
Eco-Friendly
Recoverable, unlike other systems that are left behind.
MPS WALL FAQ
What comes in a standard MPS Wall kit?
Each Tricon ISO container includes 18 modular frames, 20 leveling pads, 36 Z-bars, 72 fiberglass armor panels, 18 walk boards, and all necessary hardware—clearly labeled for fast setup.
Do I need heavy machinery to deploy it?
No. The MPS Wall is designed for soldier-powered deployment. No forklifts, cranes, or earth-filling are required—just manual assembly on-site.
How high can I build the wall?
Standard wall configurations go up to 12 feet tall by stacking frames in tiers. You can also form straight lines, corners (90° or 60°), and buttresses.
Can the armor be customized?
Yes. Armor panels are modular and can be upgraded with additional fiberglass or steel layers depending on the threat level.
Is the wall reusable?
Absolutely. MPS Walls are designed to be disassembled, moved, and reassembled multiple times—ideal for dynamic or evolving deployments.

I had an air dryer that needed some aluminum welding, I talked to several welding shops and they were the only one that told me they could fix it while I waited. Not only did they fix it there repair was superior compared to two repairs I had previously. Would give a 10+ great people great work.Posted on Abby EdwardsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very hard-working family business. Would recommend 10/10.
